Eligible beneficiaries may receive medical weight management services through their TRICARE benefits, subject to plan coverage, referral requirements, and medical necessity.

TRICARE Prime and Select

TRICARE Select: A referral is generally not required for covered outpatient specialty services, although certain services may require authorization.

TRICARE Prime: A referral from your Primary Care Manager (PCM) is generally required for specialty care.

All appointments are conducted virtually for patients located in Washington State.

TRICARE For Life

TRICARE For Life does not cover medications prescribed specifically for weight loss. Our practice is not currently accepting new TRICARE For Life patients for our medical weight management program.
