FAQ

  • Do you take insurance?

We do not bill insurance for office visits. In our our experience, most insurance companies do not or only partially cover weight loss related services, but we really hope this changes in the future. Also, without the overhead required to collect insurance payments, we are able to keep prices as low as possible.

  • What Areas Do You Serve?

We currently serve Washington and Florida residents. We cannot see patients who are residents of others states, just WA and FL. For more information about our out-of-state Telehealth provider status for Florida, you can visit https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth.

  • Why is a credit card required to make an appointment?

We have recently implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy for new patients due to a high volume of new patient no shows and last minute cancellations. When you make a new patient appointment, 45 minutes of time is reserved just for you. New patient cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no shows are now subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?

Yes, our online payment system accepts HSA/FSA cards. We can provide an itemized invoice or superbill to submit to your HSA/FSA. If a LOMN (Letter of Medical Necessity) is needed, we can also provide this.

  • How Does My Telehealth Appointment Work?

At the time of your appointment, you will get a text message with a secure video link. Simply click the link and your televisit will begin. If you are having trouble connecting, please call us at 360-800-9820.

  • What are your hours of operation?

We have a dedicated receptionist answering our phones between the hours of 8AM-4PM Monday-Thursdays PST. We are closed on Fridays. We also see patients on Wednesday evenings outside our normal business hours to accommodate for those who cannot be seen from 8-4.
