We accept TRICARE Prime and TRICARE Select.

TRICARE Select patients do not need a referral and can schedule a new patient appointment by calling or texting 360-800-9820

TRICARE Prime patients generally need a referral from their Primary Care Manager (PCM).

All appointments are conducted virtually for patients located in Washington State.

Important Information for TRICARE For Life Beneficiaries (those with Medicare)

-TRICARE For Life does not cover medications prescribed specifically for weight loss. Because our practice specializes in medical weight management, we are not currently accepting TRICARE For Life patients due to this.
